A friend referred me to Travis Jewelers. I was very impressed from the moment I walked in the door. I was greeted by Kelly who is so sweet and Robert is a true talent. His design designs in the showroom are beautiful. He was fair with his appraisal of the pieces of jewelry I needed to insure and I was so surprised by the value of my jewelry. I highly recommend them.

So we started our adventure of engagement ring shopping at a chain jewelry store. Wasn't impressed with the prices, quality was very poor, loaded with carbon visible to the naked eye. So we googled "jewelry stores in cape coral" and found Travis Jewelers. I am SO glad we did! Robert and Kelly were amazing; allowing us to browse, answered all our questions, and educated us about the diamonds, differences in colors and clarity and they specialize in custom work, without custom pricing! There was no high pressure sales, no steering towards a higher priced diamond. They allowed us to take our time and reviewed all options. I found a beautiful solitaire, that was MORE reasonably priced than the chain store and MUCH better quality! My fiance' is custom designing his wedding band and I will do the same. Travis Jewelers has earned lifetime customers in us, and we will always refer others to experience it for themselves. They will not be disappointed. My phone camera does not do my ring justice, it is so beautiful and I love it! It was just what I wanted and we can't wait to see our custom designed bands! It took 13 years for the proposal. We are so glad to share this major event with Travis Jewelers and look forward to our relationship with them.

We love Travis! We got my wedding rings fused there 25 years ago, and we are clients for life now! Robert and Kelly are the best! They are truly a hometown jeweler! I recently lost my diamond out of my band, they were so empathetic and helped us find a beautiful replacement diamond! They put in a new crown first and polished it, it looks like new! It’s so beautiful! I will be going back regularly to get it checked, so I never lose it again! I would and have recommended Travis to all my friends!

I went into Travis Jewelers to get my now fiancé a custom fabricated engagement ring in August 2024. After sitting with Robert and Kelly for roughly 45 minutes, we had a sketch and an idea of the perfect ring. Fast-forward a week and I go in for the presentation of a 3D printed design and CAD presentation of the ring. It was AMAZING! After the final approval and giving them to go-ahead to fabricate, they got started on sourcing the diamond and fabricating the ring. The entire process from design to delivery took just under a month. I went in for the ring and was absolutely thrilled to see that my idea for my fiancé’s ring had come to life. It is a STUNNING ring and a true one-of-a-kind piece. My fiancé loves the ring even more knowing that it is custom made by a local jeweler here in Cape Coral. I can not recommend Travis Jewelers enough and would tell anyone I know to go to Kelly and Robert for any jewelry needs. They are exceptional!

I've visited this establishment to have them replace a battery for my watch. They finished the watch right away and I was on my way, I told them I would return at a later date. I returned to find a birthday day present with my wife, Kelly and Robert helped us find a exceptional ring. They had it mounted in a reasonable time and I was so glad to see my wife so pleased with her gift. Thank you so much, JD We had to return to our favorite jewelry to have my wife's ring adjusted. Kelly and Robert are so comfortable to work with, they are very professional and courteous. They adjusted and cleaned the ring for a reasonable price. Kelly also took the time to clean my necklaces both gold and silver for no charge at all, thank you! Now I'm able to shine bright next to this shinning star (Kelly). 🌟

I took my TAG Heuer watch in because it had condensation inside of it. They fixed it up brand new and super quick plus the price was unbelievably low. They make all their jewelry there in the store and have some amazing pieces. I’ll be back for future jewelry repairs and hopefully purchases soon!

When I walked in with a larger caliber spent casing, and asked for a pinky ring…. I didn’t expect them to have a straight blank poker face. The turnaround time was criminal. I had a birthday coming up and they were able to get it done in half the time! For the same price they cast it 14 karat gold on it and custom engraved it on the inside band. My second favorite part about the ring is the maid in the USA part! Fit and finish is absolutely perfect! A unique piece that will outlive me, with unmatched, craftsman, and quality! I’m not easily impressed, my friend, but I know skill when I see it! Can’t wait to take in my next outside the box project! And I certainly underpaid.

Looking for a Jeweler you can trust – Look no further. Travis Jewelry is the place for you. And Kelly & Robert and their team are, without question, the people you want to do business with. They have gorgeous custom designed pieces, simple pieces to suit all budgets, designers on site and a myriad of skills and ideas to suit whatever you need. My friend bought a gorgeous tennis bracelet here and recommended them to me. I am so very grateful that she did. Over the course of the past 4 months, I have worked with them to do a myriad of things, such as; Repair & Sell old, unused jewelry Polish and clean MULTIPLE necklaces, rings, bracelets and even my sisters baby silver mug and spoon. Reset multiple family heirlooms, Moms Charm Bracelets - refashioned Sisters silver rings – resized and cleaned Mom Heirloom topaz and diamond ring - resized and cleaned Dad’s cufflinks – converted into both one custom necklace and another combined with Mom’s engraved anklet and some reclaimed stones an amazing amulet as well. Well, and buy a new chain or two to display them! Whatever I brought in they were patient and helpful, listening to my ideas, and then letting me know what could be done, what should be done, how to make it affordable, and Stunning! They’ve been in the business a long time but are not jaded! And every time I asked, ‘can this be done?’ they said ‘bring it in and let’s take a look at it’. They are professional, reputable and HONEST. With more than one piece they told me – this is worth too much…keep it – don’t get rid of it, or if we do it like this it’ll be a more reasonable cost for you. In addition, they are super fun and kind and truly interested in the relationship with their customers, NOT just the sale. I can truly say they have gone above and beyond for me, and I trust them implicitly. Drop in for a watch battery or a ring cleaning and get to know them – you won’t need to go anywhere else.

I discovered Travis Jewelry in Cape Coral, FL a few years ago. They have many "made in house", one of a kind gold & silver rings, necklaces, bracelets, and are able to fix and make an older item look new again! I stopped wearing some of my silver because it just looked so awful. They were able to "shine up" and make them look new again! And fix a Nambe bracelet I had bent and cracked. It looked like new again. So happy!
